knock knock...
writing only after less den 4 hours of sleep. so if i sound highly incoherent, well, wat's new? wahahaha...
i always write something b4 i leave for a trip coz u never know when it might b the last time u make urself heard. hahaha... yeah, i know. i make sure dat happens most of the time. i apologise to 4 million ppl whose sleeps i've disrupted each time i stay awake n play.
leaving for hanoi in less den 7 hours... first trip in which minimal arrangement has been made. actually decided on it like months ago but never gotten down to seriously planning the itinerary. if everything runs on schedule (the one in my thot bubble) and i get to visit all the spots i'm interested in, it's really thanks to God. He really wants me to enjoy His creation. n if it doesnt go the way i want, well, thanksgiving too coz there must b a lesson He wants to teach as well. as either way, win-win.
another first time in which i pack my bag so early. good thing i did it coz i totally wont hv time if i had started doing it on the nite b4. too bz playing dai dee... went to YF's home with JJ, Jimmy, CY... been a long time since i did such things with 2A folks. really hard these days to find time to jux stayover n do silly things n laff the house down. sorry, YF's family.
promised JJ she'll b the star of this blog... so here it is... we were playing asshole dai dee to b exact. in which we had 5 players den after each round, each player would b given a title - king to the winner; and asshole to the loser. jimmy was the reigning king for the longest time until JJ became disillusioned n switched position with jimmy. in dat particular round, jimmy was the only one who was able to put down his cards so it was such dat everyone lost w/o releasing a single card. reminds me so much of gin rummy! n the asshole was still JJ in the end thanks to the positional change. because she swopped seats with jimmy, she had the largest no. of unreleased card. had she not done dat, she would hv lost as a road sweeper instead!!!!! wahahaha... speaking of destiny! no wonder we were entertained by this game for a good 4 hours or so... well, at least at lot less brainwork needed as compared to playing nerds from 3am...
super funny morning... to hear CY repeating jay chou's song - snail everytime she fell from grace which was like many many times though she din climb to the top dat much. wo yao yi bu yi bu wang shang pa... rite! den jimmy tended to niam niam niam when he gets tired... YF was pretty much normal apart from the fact dat he spends so much time mapling.
haizzz... everytime jux b4 a trip. i suddenly dun feel like leaving. i start missing ppl alot. SC went thr' alot of trouble to help me with credit card applications so i can use it during the trip but well, knowing my procrastination powers. i still dun hv my card. but i finally got my cheque book!!! hahaha, really getting old. i see stages in life man. initially we hamper over NETS card, den debit card, den consequently all the other cards n cheque book blah blah blah pours in too... yes mandy, it's hard not to admit i'm old. wahahah. so u can start supporting mama now?
must note this down also... saw the IVP bball finals in SBC last evening. NYP and NTU gals were really close... n the last moments were so dramatic. they were tied when the remaining play time was less den a min... n NTU tried for a last shot in like 3 secs n the ball went thr' the basket but was deemed as invalid by an official after the team was like high n celebrating after the throw. all arms were raised simultaneously like in a dramatic movie. no less at all. n den the bad news came n the spirits jux plunged down. must admit. it was really an exciting match. much more den the male's first-quarter.
this is neverending but wat the heck, gonna miss typing so type away!
met 2A for reunion dinner but coz CY n i were so late, we ended up eating ramen at the nextdoor restaurant instead. ultra-duper cute waiter there but with well, dunno to call it attitude prb or wat... v diligent guy but when he served food, it was like curtly. even when he gave freebies. for those who know jerome, well, the way he'll speak if the crayfish noodle stall uncle refuses to send the food to his table.
gg to reunion lunch with mak koh in bout 2 hrs... gonna b conked out this evening... i hope the guesthouse is far better den decent. but poor alexis' gonna put up with my croaking for a full week. all the best, gal!
