knock...

mandy is so gonna regret this... asking me to update. bout me, well, playing way too hard. dat's all dat's needed to b said. but i do hv alot to say bout the pay increment dat the civil service is getting.

well... let's start off this way. n jux in case u'r interested in reading this really bad, stare...

was at the ICA to collect my passport on mon. reached at bout 4.35pm and was expecting not to be able to get a Q no. coz the cut-off time was 4.30pm. n i firmly believed i wouldnt be admitted into the building at all knowing how efficient our CS is... they would abide so strictly to the time n cause me to make an additional trip. but i decided to have a little faith n made my way into the building. there was a huge exodus of ppl from the building. nevertheless, went to the 2nd level n holA! i still could get a Q no. and collect my passport though i was late!!!! *clap clap clap* i was like the 174th in the Q but it beats having to make another trip for my dear passport. surprisingly the Q was cleared in a mere hour n the ICA officer though not in a chatty mood, didnt slash my pretty pic on my passport!!! let me prove how pretty the pic is!!! wahahahaa

okie... point proven... these ppl on the grd really work hard and beyond hours. and they've to adhere by the strict standards dat the bosses from the top have demanded of them. but guess wat? their pay increment margin would definitely fall within the low range. considering their low initial pay anyway, well... u can imagine how puny the increment is. on the other hand, our far-from-mediocre ministers and executive management ppl who use their most prized possession to talk their way into a pay raise, r getting like wat!?!?! 33% increase! coupled with the original fat pay amt... man. can u calculate wat a huge portion of the S$241 million it accounts for?!?!?!?

6 millions of the sum is to pay for gingko nuts and medical treatment for the semi-retired folks. mayb shd buy muzzles so wont say wrong things also.

singapore is really evolving into a very interesting place. 30k for peanuts and now, servants get pay exorbitant increment. and did u watch snippets of the parliment? man... it's a joke! the ppl who are getting the pay increment debate bout it themselves. siaoz! dun they need an appraisal? shouldnt the bosses propose the increment and approve it? since when did servants propose and enforce their own pay raise? now, it feels so good to have 7% GST... so we can hv an efficient n well-paid govt to think of more ways to make singapore a better place to live in.

well, u can use these brains to attract more foreign talents coz in a single mth, i've encountered at least 2 families who r migrating n u know wat? i'm fishing out options too! i'm jux not good enuff for singapura.

oh btw, yes, IVF patients dun need more monetary subsidies. they need workplace support to get leave off from work for treatment. they need to not have to worry about rushing back to work so their bosses wouldn't sack them for missing work... they need to focus on completing their families. y dun u all start debating about more impt issues? n our youths need to know dat abortions might cause damage to their wombs n cause sub/infertility in future... n y dun u jux forget bout justifying the pay raise and think instead of how to convince the ppl to start families early n oh ya, to continue living here.

or u can issue more student passes so we can have english students who can't fill up forms but can increase our population. now i know y ICA so busy. TST!
