knock knock...
got another pat who got hyperstimulated but gotta go to the hosp on drip coz she couldnt take raw egg whites... so we decided to concoct recipes to deal with raw egg whites so dat they can b more palatable.
i told of meringue while SC thot of yoghurt drink... beat the egg whites for a long long time but couldnt get the rite consistency... added milo powder to it coz there was alittle fishy smell... was okie but still not good. tried adding another 2 to a yoghurt drink n shake it real hard... n it tasted fine! no tinge of fishy raw egg smell... so retarded to do such things in a clinic... mixing eggs n shaking drinks like a bartender... all in the name of good service... to help pats overcome their prbs... hey! come to the clinics i work at k!
finally arranged for a suitable time to play badminton on wed coz j kept saying he wanted to play... den in the end, he got sick today... aiyo... dat boy gets sick so often... but okie lah... good boy... helped book court first. gotta arrange for another time but den good also den Mandy can join in... i practise first on wed... kekeke...
