knock knock...
can hardly rem the earlier part of the wk but the latter part was like deep-etching. struggled abit on thu on certain issues. well... always good 2 reminded how it feels to reach the bottom after being on a high like 350 days a year...
anyway, the low's over... though i'm still bombing after taking a myriad of drugs for the GIT. this time it's bad but thank God, the emotional side is still in a healthy state... thanks to a crooner n many a few decade-old pals...
as i was saying... had like 24-hours of low... den boomed back coz of a crooner along the tunnel from shaw dunno-wat 2 wheelock. there's this eurasian guy who literally stopped me with his crystal-clear voice. was rather memerised by his singing but the fast-paced singaporean in me simply refused to jux slow down n listen... until... he sang, 'somewhere over the rainbow, a young girl passed me by...' hahaha, how can i pretend i heard nothing? he stopped me in my steps n i actually turned back to drop him 2 bucks which he initially refused... hahaha, den he busk for? was a beautiful thing, after a mind-buggling day to hv someone sing to u. he reminded me to slow down n listen n dat i did... if only we all rem to do dat... i think we'd live a better life.
spent quite abit of time chatting to my dearest pals on msn these days too - serene, baoyan n cy... hahahaa... truly grew up together man... from the nerdy days till now... hahaha, these r the ppl we'r gonna grow old n reminisce with... gosh... another sign of aging... can jux lash my most caustic tongue, n i know they can take it n will still love me for all the sarcasm i throw ard... anyway, they know it's my public display of affection for them... haa! n it's never one-sided yea
n to 2A n ms leong, i'm really really sorry i din join u all... but my intestines r really in the dumps these days... n i dun wanna create a reputation of stinking up town... so sorry guys... for not being there 2day...
work-wise, God was gracious too... He kept me from the loo for the whole time i was in the clinic n though there was a HUGE crowd today, everyone was nice n pat. din get any1 breathing down my neck. n even boss was in a delightful mood! n we ended rather early... at 2pm... n i wasted half hr of air-con extension. BOO!
isnt da best wk but good still =)
